Christian Adam (Vice President), has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with a significant amount in the capacity of project management. A variety of experience coordinating many different types and sizes of projects all across Canada, including working directly for construction and oil & gas companies during all phases of construction in various locations including module facility yards, pipe fabrication shops, engineering offices, and plant facilities. This now includes a variety of experience as a senior project controls professional followed by a Building Construction Engineering Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Gregory Gao (Secretary), is a project controls specialist with more than 20 years of experience in project management, cost control, cost estimating, quantity surveying, planning, scheduling, and construction supervision in oil and gas, heavy industrial, and commercial projects in the China, Ontario and Alberta. He has been an active AACE member since 2015 and has been volunteering in Aurora-Edmonton chapter. Gregory holds a Civil Engineering degree, a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) that specializes in industrial construction and is also a certificated Project Management Professional (PMP).
Ramon Ombac (Past President), is a project controls specialist with more than 25 year experience in project management, planning, scheduling, cost control, cost estimating, quantity surveying and construction supervision in oil and gas, mining, industrial, residential and commercial projects in the Philippines, Middle East, Ontario and Alberta. He has been an active AACE member since 2005 and has held various executive positions with Bluewater chapter in Ontario and Aurora-Edmonton chapter. Ramon holds a Civil Engineering degree, and is a certified Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Hammad Mazhar (Director-At-Large), is a project control professional with over six years of experience in Project controls, consulting and construction industry. His experience in construction has encompassed infrastructure and transportation construction and P3 projects. He has also worked in environmental projects providing remediation and reclamation services. Hammad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, Project Management Professional (PMP). Hammad has a wealth of experience in Program Management, Cost Controls, Change Management, Project Controls and Business Analytics. He has been a member of AACE since 2016.
